Welcome to Magic Touch Companion Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

  • We currently provide companion transportation and in-home technology assistance for seniors, families, and individuals with light mobility needs.

  • Our services are non-medical in nature. We are not a medical transport service and do not provide healthcare or emergency assistance.

  • Services are available by booking only, either by phone or online form. Family members may book on behalf of seniors.

  • We operate weekends only, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

2. Service Area

  • At launch, we operate within Charles County, Maryland (including Waldorf, White Plains, and La Plata).

  • As demand increases, we plan to expand services throughout Southern Maryland (Calvert & St. Mary’s Counties).

3. Accessibility Notice

  • Our current vehicle is not equipped with a wheelchair ramp.

  • We gladly assist clients using:

    • Walkers or canes

    • Folding wheelchairs

    • Those needing a steadying hand when entering or exiting the vehicle

  • A fully wheelchair-accessible van will be added to our fleet as we expand.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be confirmed in advance by phone or online.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted methods: cash, card, Zelle, PayPal, or check.

  • No invoices are currently issued.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • No cancellation fees are charged at this time.

  • Missed rides or appointments are not eligible for refunds.

6. Safety & Liability

  • All drivers and assistants are background-checked and trained to provide safe, respectful support.

  • We carry auto and liability insurance appropriate for our services.

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during transport.

  • Magic Touch Companion Services LLC is not liable for delays or interruptions due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond our control.

7. Client Eligibility

  • Services are intended for seniors, elderly individuals, families, and people with light disabilities.

  • We reserve the right to decline services if safety concerns arise or if requests fall outside our service scope.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

9. Updates to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
